- Déposer les bao dans un panier vapeur et laisser pousser 10 minutes - Mettre à chauffer une casserole d'eau. - Lorsque ça bout, déposer le panier vapeur a dessus pour 10 minutes en laisser l'eau bouillir
- Déguster froid au chaud au choix. - Je les préfère chaud personnellement
