- Strier les tranches d'aubergine. Masser légèrement le dessus d'huile. Mettre les tranches à griller au four 40 min, 180° chaleur tournante, il faut qu'elles soient croustillantes dessus, fondantes à l'intérieur.
- Dans une casserole, mélanger à feu doux les ingrédients de la sauce : les liquides (vinaigre, sake, mirin…) puis ajouter le miso et le diluer. Enfin, le sucre si vous avez décidé de mettre du sucre. NB : je comprend l'équilibre de goût recherché mais 2 cas de sucre pour une sauce, personnellement je trouve que c'est beaucoup trop ! ^^'
